Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled PCB Designer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing printed circuit boards for aerospace, electronics, or high-tech applications. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in CAD tools, design for manufacturability, and cross-functional collaboration with hardware engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop multi-layer PCB layouts based on schematic inputs and engineering requirements.




Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance.
Optimize PCB designs for manufacturability, assembly, and testing.
Create and maintain design documentation, Gerber files, BOMs, and fabrication drawings.
Conduct design reviews and implement feedback from engineering and manufacturing teams.
Work closely with vendors and fabrication houses to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve PCB-related issues during prototype and production phases.
Stay updated with industry standards, IPC guidelines, and emerging PCB technologies.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
4–5 years of professional experience in PCB design.
Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, KiCad
Strong knowledge of high-speed design, differential pai
