Job Purpose
This job is responsible for supporting the company secretary in all matters related to stakeholders (including handling shareholders complaints), dealing with RTA and Depositories along with working on Rights Issue, First Call money collection, ESOP.

This is a crucial position from the context of the department, providing link between the Function Head and team members. The position involves supporting the Company Secretary in dealing with all the matters relating to shareholders of the Company and ensuring the compliances w.r.t. investor grievance under the applicable laws.
