Position Overview:

We are seeking a General Manager – Sales & Marketing with 15+ years of strategic commercial experience. This role serves as the primary revenue engine within the triad.

The GM – Sales & Marketing will act as a true "Venture Builder," translating our world-class research, applied innovation, and skilling outcomes into sustainable commercial success. You will navigate high-priority national sectors, leveraging the research output of our non-profit lab infrastructure to spin out profitable product lines,



raise private growth capital, and drive massive enterprise valuation. The purview of this role covers Sales and Marketing of the triad and not just in the Private Limited company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Strategy, Venture Building & Capital Raising
Enterprise Valuation: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aimed at unlocking revenue across Indian Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductors, Cybersecurity, Health-tech, AI, and Advanced Manufacturing.
Private Capital Structuring: Lead aggressive initiatives to raise private equity, venture capital, and strategic corporate investments into specific IP spin-offs or manufacturing joint ventures, complementing our government grant funding.
AI-First Commercial Engine: Architect a up-to-date, AI-augmented sales and marketing pipeline to drive market intelligence, automate proposal generation, and scale B2B outreach.
