About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Admission Counselor who is fluent in Telugu to counsel prospective students interested in studying abroad. You will play a key role in guiding students and parents through their overseas education journey via face-to-face counselling sessions. Your focus will be to understand student aspirations, recommend the right universities and courses across destinations (USA, Germany, Australia and more) and provide end-to-end support from enquiry to admission.




The ideal candidate will have strong counseling and sales skills, experience handling admission enquiries, and the ability to guide students through the complete admission journey—from initial consultation to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding international education opportunities.
Understand students' academic background and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs and universities.
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Convert enquiries into successful admissions while achieving monthly targets.
Explain program details, admission requirements, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and visa processes.
Follow up with prospective students regularly using the CRM.
Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and application status.
