Position Summary:
The Scrum Master / Project Manager serves as a hybrid delivery leader responsible for enabling agile team execution while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. This role blends servant-leadership and agile coaching with enterprise-level project management, supporting one or more delivery squads operating within a complex, rapid-paced technology environment.

The role facilitates agile ceremonies, removes delivery impediments, and promotes continuous improvement, while also owning delivery coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, and project reporting.
