About the role
Avant is Cult's performance footwear brand, built for people who move with purpose. Our
mission is to create products and experiences that inspire more people to move, train, and
perform at their best.
We're looking for an Associate Brand Manager to help build Avant into one of India's most
loved performance footwear brands. In this role, you'll work across brand marketing, content,
creator partnerships, campaigns,



and collaborations to drive awareness, engagement, and
business growth.

You'll collaborate closely with the Creative, Social, Growth, Product, Category, and PR teams to
bring the brand to life across every consumer touchpoint from product launches and content to
influencer campaigns, partnerships, and community initiatives.
