About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and overall marketing growth for The Playce. This role goes beyond performance marketing and involves owning the complete customer acquisition journey—from campaign strategy and content planning to landing page optimization, CRM analysis, and marketing performance.
The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and capable of working closely with sales, content, and management teams to continuously improve marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, reduce CPL, and increase conversions.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers.

Marketing Strategy

Develop monthly marketing plans aligned with business goals.




Identify recent growth opportunities and recommend marketing initiatives.
Research competitors, market trends, and customer behaviour to improve campaign performance.
Track and analyze marketing performance and recommend actionable improvements.

Content Strategy

Develop monthly content strategy aligned with lead generation objectives.
Plan content themes, campaigns, and promotional calendars.
Work closely with designers and content creators to produce high-performing marketing content.
Ensure content supports both paid campaigns and organic growth.

Landing Pages & Website

Plan and optimize landing pages for improved conversion rates.
Coordinate website updates and ensure a seamless user experience.
Ensure landing pages, forms, CTAs, and tracking are functioning correctly.
Recommend improvements based on analytics and user behaviour.

Lead Management & CRM

Monitor lead quality through CRM and sales feedba
