About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for experienced Chemistry Experts with a PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field to contribute to advanced AI research and evaluation projects. You'll apply your scientific expertise to analyze, explain, and evaluate complex chemistry concepts while helping improve the reasoning, accuracy, and performance of next-generation AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required. Your chemistry knowledge, research background, and scientific reasoning skills are the primary qualifications for success in this role. Professionals with expertise across organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, materials science, and related disciplines are especially encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
• Develop accurate, detailed, and well-structured responses to advanced chemistry questions across undergraduate, graduate, and research-level topics.
• Review and evaluate chemistry-related content, solutions,



and datasets for scientific accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Create comprehensive explanations and justifications for complex chemical concepts, reactions, mechanisms, and analytical methods.
• Develop golden responses that serve as benchmark examples for AI training and evaluation.
• Apply expertise across multiple chemistry disciplines, including organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and materials chemistry.
• Document scientific reasoning, context, and supporting rationale to improve AI understanding and interpretability.
• Collaborate with project managers, annotation teams, and subject matter experts to maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated content, scientific reasoning, and response quality.
