Position: Technical Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and React.
Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.




Mentor and guide frontend developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD practices.
Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions.
Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment and release management.

Must Have skills:
8–12+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v12+).
3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
Experience with RxJS, NgRx, Redux, React Hooks, Context API, and state management.
