Reporting to Factory Service and Quality Assurance Senior Manager, Packaging, the Customer Service Representative is to provide an effective and efficient customer service to all internal and external OIA customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products, policies and procedures and shipping Documentation and finance tracking based on payment terms. Initially, this role will also require significant involvement in supporting operational and financial processes.



Half of the responsibilities will focus on assisting with financial accounting and closing the books, collaborating closely with financial consultants to meet monthly reporting deadlines, and managing day-to-day tax filings and bill payments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate & assist regularly with FWF customers with inquiries. Receive and process customers’ orders in a time-bound manner.
Professionally update customers with shipment status; update potential delays or unusual circumstances.
Create Invoice & packing list, handling Customs Clearance Agents.
Follow up with the Suppliers for Delivery of goods on time.
Escalate potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken in accordance with business guidelines and customer requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine or complex issues / escalations with professionalism and in line with OIA service standard and requirement
