Position Summary

Join Deloitte USI’s Leadership Support Centre (LSC), part of the enabling areas team that supports global teams and provides centralized business support services to the UK Firm. As a Specialist Manager, Project, you will partner with the USI Leader to oversee local team operations, manage service delivery, and drive continuous improvement in performance and process excellence.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Manager, Project, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing end-to-end delivery of business support services from USI to the UK Firm and managing service governance through SLAs, KPIs, benchmarks, and performance metrics
Leading people and performance management activities for team leads and broader teams, including talent development, check-ins, iRPM implementation, and recognition programs
Standardizing and streamlining operations to improve efficiency, consistency, quality, and adoption of current systems, tools, and ways of working
Managing stakeholder relationships across Deloitte EBS and leading transitions of new services to USI,



including due diligence and knowledge transfer
Identifying offshoring opportunities, developing business cases, driving reskilling strategies, and translating strategic goals into actionable team priorities
Ensuring compliance with Deloitte risk management and quality standards while resolving complex operational issues through analysis and sound judgment

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

12-16 years of overall experience, including 5-6 years of people management experience
Experience managing large, diverse teams across multiple workstreams
Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and operational efficiency
Strong analytical skills and experience with matrix or data management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience driving team development, cultural alignment, mentoring, and performance management
Experience managing competing priorities
