Specialist – Communication

We are looking for a communications professional who combines exceptional writing and storytelling skills with strong project management capabilities. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable drafting executive communications, managing end-to-end campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating engaging multimedia content—including short-form videos and social-first storytelling assets—to drive employee engagement.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Communication on the USI Communications team, you will be responsible for:

Leading, drafting, and executing internal communication initiatives across channels, including emails, newsletters, videos, podcasts, digital and gamified experiences, intranet content, and social posts
Partnering with communications, creative, and business teams to understand objectives, identify communication opportunities, and deliver solutions that inform, inspire, and drive action
Managing projects, timelines,



and deliverables from concept to completion while ensuring content aligns with Deloitte quality, brand, and editorial standards
Assessing communication needs, developing explicit messaging, and using data and insights to measure effectiveness and refine content
Creating multimedia content, including short-form videos, employee stories, event highlights, leadership snippets, and social-first assets, using mobile devices and digital editing tools
