Role Description The Teaching Faculty – Interior Design role is a full-time, on-site position based at the CINDREBAY SCHOOL OF DESIGN campus in Kochi. The faculty member will design and deliver interior design curriculum, including lectures, studio classes,



and workshops that blend theoretical knowledge with practical application. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing course materials and project briefs, mentoring learners on design concepts and portfolio development, and providing constructive feedback on assignments and studio work. The role also involves supervising design projects, coordinating juries and evaluations, supporting industry collaborations, and contributing to academic events such as exhibitions, seminars, and guest lectures. The faculty member is expected to participate in continuous curriculum improvement, stay updated with contemporary design trends and technologies, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
