Position Overview
Simplify Healthcare is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with a solid balance of manual and automation testing expertise to ensure the reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance of our healthcare platform.
This role plays a key part in maintaining high quality across complex payer workflows while supporting rapid product development in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will take ownership of QA strategy, automation frameworks, and quality best practices, working closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams across global locations.

Key Responsibilities




Quality Ownership & Testing
Own and execute end‑to‑end quality assurance activities across the Simplify Healthcare platform
Perform and lead manual testing for complex business workflows, regulatory scenarios, and edge cases
Validate healthcare payer workflows including enrollment, benefits, claims, billing, and configuration modules
Automation & CI/CD
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous quality assurance
Test Design & Defect Management
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and traceability matrices aligned with business and regulatory requirements
Identify, log, track, and validate defects; perform root‑cause analysis to drive quality improvements
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, develope
