The role involves defining real-time, multi-instrument orchestration systems that integrate instrument control software, device drivers, scheduling engines, and regulated data management solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in C++, .NET, device communication protocols, real-time systems, and analytical instrument platforms, with a proven track record of building scalable, reliable, and compliance-ready software solutions in regulated environments.

What You'll Do:

As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design and development of advanced instrument orchestration platforms that enable real-time coordination between multiple analytical instruments while ensuring performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Based on and related architecture documents.



Define end-to-end architecture for multi-instrument orchestration and LC-MS multiplexing platforms.
Design scalable, modular, deterministic, and high-performance software systems for instrument control.
Architect and guide development using C++, .NET/C#, and modern software engineering practices.
Develop hardware abstraction layers (HAL) to support HPLC systems, mass spectrometers, valves, and peripheral devices.
Lead device driver and communication framework development across USB, Ethernet, Serial (RS232/RS485), and CAN interfaces.
Design real-time scheduling engines, workflow orchestration, and event-driven architectures for timing-critical operations.
Establish low-latency communication mechanisms and synchronization across multiple instruments and devices.
Ensure data integrity, auditability, electronic records management, and compliance with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
