Role Description

The Head – Defense Business will lead and grow Best Group’s defense portfolio, overseeing strategy, devising business acquisition plan,



Product identification for expanding the product portfolio, and managing customer relationships in the Defense sector.

This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves developing and executing business plans, identifying current opportunities, and driving sales and revenue growth with defense clients and government agencies.

The role includes managing key accounts, ensuring high standards of customer service, and coordinating with internal teams such as manufacturing, finance, and R&D; to deliver mission-critical solutions.
