Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategist to develop and execute strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the founders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities, optimize GTM processes, launch current initiatives, and improve conversion across the customer journey.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working with data, and building scalable growth systems in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesGTM Strategy
Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and market segments.
Identify target customer personas and develop market entry strategies.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research.
Develop pricing, positioning, and messaging recommendations.
Revenue Growth
Build and optimize lead generation strategies across outbound and inbound channels.
Improve the sales funnel by identifying bottlenecks and increasing conversion rates.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to improve pipeline generation.
Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise customers.
Product Marketing
Work with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
