The Prospect:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Functional Consultant to partner with business stakeholders across various service lines and drive the successful implementation of analytics and reporting solutions.



The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications and ensuring successful adoption of analytics capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across service lines to understand business processes, reporting requirements, KPIs, and operational challenges.
Functional Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and analytics use cases for technical teams to implement.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business users, analytics teams, and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Analytics Adoption & Change Management: Drive user adoption of analytics solutions by conducting workshops, training sessions, demonstrations, and stak
