Job Description

The Senior Associate – Compensation & Benefits will be responsible to design, execution, and governance of compensation programs across the organization. The role will primarily focus on compensation operations, salary benchmarking, annual compensation cycles, job evaluation, market analysis, and compensation analytics while partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.

This role is ideal for professionals with solid analytical capabilities and hands-on experience managing compensation programs in global or large enterprise environments

Your Impact:

Support the execution of annual compensation review cycles including merit increases, promotions, bonus planning, and salary revisions.
Conduct market benchmarking using compensation surveys (Mercer, WTW, Aon/Radford, Korn Ferry, etc.) and provide compensation recommendations.
Perform job evaluations, job grading, and salary range analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Prepare compensation proposals for new hires, promotions, internal movements,



and retention cases.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on offer evaluations and compensation approvals.
Analyze compensation trends, pay equity, and workforce costs to support strategic decision-making.
Develop dashboards, reports, and compensation analytics using Excel and reporting tools.
Ensure governance of compensation policies, guidelines, and approval processes.
Support implementation of compensation-related projects, process improvements, and HR transformation initiatives.
Maintain compensation data integrity within HRIS systems and support audits and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve compensation processes and employee experience.
