Role Description

VLLP is looking to recruit a highly motivated Associate to join its Mumbai office.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Nariman Point office. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s Partners and Senior Associates on a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial and dispute resolution matters.

The role involves handling litigation and arbitration matters, advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, conducting legal research, appearing before courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities and interacting regularly with clients, government authorities and other stakeholders.

The position also offers exposure to cross-border transactions, strategic advisory work and business development initiatives.
