Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in both React.js/Native (front-end)
and Python (Back-end) to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications. This
role requires hands-on experience across the stack, with a stronger emphasis on building
modern, responsive front-end applications while also contributing to Back-end development
using Python (FastAPI) for APIs, integrations, and AI-driven features.

Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Development
 Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js/Native,
TypeScript, and up-to-date CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS)
 Lead front-end architecture and enforce best practices for code quality, performance,
and scalability
 Translate UI/UX designs (Figma/Canva) into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces
 Build reusable components and manage application state using Redux / Context API




 Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
 Implement front-end testing, debugging, and performance tuning
Back-end & Integration
 Collaborate with Back-end teams to integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL services
 Contribute to Back-end development using Python (FastAPI) for APIs and service
enhancements
 Support integration of AI/ML-driven features built on Python-based services
 Understand data flow, API contracts, and system interactions for seamless integration
Collaboration & Leadership
 Work closely with product managers, designers, Back-end, and AI teams
 Participate in Agile processes (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives)
 Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing
 Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and secure development
practices
