Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fund Operations & Capital Deployment Role to support the coordination, reconciliation, and reporting of investment funding activity across multiple investment strategies and funds.

This individual will work closely with Treasury, Operations, Finance,



and Fund Compliance Operations to reconcile funding schedules against funding request memos and ensure upcoming fundings are accurately reflected and properly recorded.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in fund operations, capital deployment, liquidity forecasting, fund allocations, and investment lifecycle management while working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple asset classes.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, building relationships across teams, managing multiple priorities, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, increase automation, and reduce operational risk in a quick-paced investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Funding Reconciliation
Reconcile funding schedules against the corresponding funding request memos for active investments, confirming that amounts, timing, and fund allocations agree.
Review funding request memos for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with the funding schedules and app
