We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager reporting to the Senior Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Management Accounting Team and its’ growth.

Key Responsibilities (US GAAP Focus) :

Review and ensure financial statements are prepared and reported in compliance with US GAAP requirements.
Provide technical accounting guidance on complex US GAAP accounting matters, including revenue recognition and financial instruments.




Perform and review account reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with US GAAP.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on accounting and reporting matters.
Monitor changes in US GAAP accounting standards (FASB updates) and assess operational and reporting impacts.
Prepare and review management reports, variance analysis, and financial reporting packages.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across accounting and reporting processes.
Lead client discussions on technical accounting matters and provide practical solutions to complex reporting challenges.
Work as Subject Matter Expert and develop knowledge on cross functional subject (VAT, Payroll tax, Corp. Tax)
Identify key roles within the team and develop succession plan for team members to be able to fill these roles.

Relevant Experience :

US CPA with 3–4 years of post-qualification experi
