The Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager who has lived and breathed SaaS marketing and product-led growth. You've worked at a company where the product itself was the primary acquisition channel — and you've built, optimized, and scaled the marketing engine around it.

SaaS tools, or any digital product with a freemium or self-serve model — this role was made for you.

What You'll Own

Design and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across SEO, paid, email, affiliates, and content
Build and optimize PLG funnels: free → trial → paid → retention
Own channel performance: improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
Run A/B and multivariate experiments to validate growth hypotheses
Monitor performance using GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, Semrush, and Ahrefs
Scale affiliate and creator partnerships with strategic campaigns
Coordinate product launches across channels end-to-end
Mentor junior marketers and guide cross-functional execution

What We're Looking For

Must Have:
4–9 years of digital/growth marketing experience
Proven experience marketing a SaaS product or digital product (plugin, app, platform, theme)
Hands-on experience in a product-led growth (PLG) environmen
