Role Description

This full-time remote User Experience Designer role focuses on creating intuitive, user-centered experiences for digital products across multiple venture projects. The User Experience Designer will collaborate with founders, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs,



define experience goals, and translate them into transparent interaction flows and design solutions. Daily tasks include conducting user research, mapping user journeys, developing wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on feedback and data. The role also involves contributing to visual and interaction design standards, ensuring consistency across products, and documenting design decisions and guidelines.

The User Experience Designer is expected to work independently in a remote setting while actively participating in virtual workshops, design reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
