McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Specialist, Insurance Operations. This role is responsible for executing routine operational tasks across insurance policy administration and claims intake, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.



The Specialist will partner with vendors and actuaries to support estimate calculations, maintain data integrity in core systems, and follow established procedures to support compliance. This position reports to the Supervisor, Insurance Operations.
The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute routine operational tasks across insurance policy administration and claims intake ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Partners with vendors and actuaries to calculate insurance estimates
Support transaction processing and reconciliation by maintaining data integrity in core systems, assisting with exception resolution, and preparing documentation for internal reviews.
Assist in maintaining compliance standards by following established procedures, supporting audit requests, and ensuring documentation aligns with regulatory and enterprise requirements.
