Role Description The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at Nephrocare India in Kolkata.



The individual in this role will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, patient engagement, and service awareness across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, overseeing content creation for social media and print, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The Marketing Manager will handle budgeting for marketing activities, track performance metrics, and prepare reports to support data-driven decision making. This role also involves organizing events and outreach programs, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring consistent, patient-focused messaging aligned with Nephrocare India’s mission and values.
