As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Head of Projects to lead project execution and delivery across our growing portfolio.

About the Role
As the Head of Projects, you will lead the end-to-end execution of premium workplace and commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring delivery excellence across quality, cost, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Founder, you will oversee project planning, execution, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and team leadership while driving consistency, predictability, and continuous improvement across all projects.




This role requires a robust leader with expertise in commercial interiors, project execution, construction management, MEP coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
Lead the successful delivery of multiple workplace and commercial interior fit-out projects from project initiation through handover.
Establish robust project management frameworks, governance standards, and execution processes.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Drive execution excellence by improving predictability, speed, efficiency, and operational discipline across projects.
Prepare and present regular project updates, dashboards, and executive reports to leadership and clients.

Develop detailed project plans, execution strategies, and resource schedules.
