Role Description The Speech Language Specialist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for children with speech, language, and communication difficulties in a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon. Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering one-on-one and small group therapy sessions.



The specialist will monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support across settings. The role also involves educating families about home-based strategies, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives at the centre.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Speech Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans.
Expertise in Speech and Communication disorders, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
Knowledge of Dysphagia management, including safe swallowing practices and coordination with medical professionals when needed.
Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with valid professional
