Role Description The Sales Support Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Kumbakonam. This role supports the sales team by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure timely responses and closures.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing CRM entries, assisting with order processing, coordinating with internal teams for smooth delivery, and providing regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status. The Sales Support Executive will also help organize meetings and presentations, prepare sales materials, and support basic market and customer research to strengthen sales strategies.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and build trust.
Proficiency in sales administration tasks such as documentation, order processing, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools.
