BS Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly driven Project Engineer with hands-on experience in Process Exhaust System (PEX) Projects for Solar, Semiconductor, Chemical, Battery, and Industrial Manufacturing Plants.

⚠️ Site Deployment Policy

This is a site-based role with PAN India deployment.



Candidates must be willing to stay at project locations until project completion. Regular monthly home visits/leave will be provided to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Turnkey Project Execution
Execute complete turnkey installation of PPH/GI/FRP Ducting Networks, Wet Scrubbers, Centrifugal Blowers, Chimneys, Utility Systems, and Structural Supports.
Ensure execution as per project schedule, quality standards, and client requirements.
✅ Site Leadership & Team Management

Lead and manage:

30–50 Site Workforce (Fabricators, Welders, Fitters & Helpers)
3–4 Site Supervisors
Junior Engineer
Safety Engineer
Contractors & Subcontractors
✅ Project Ownership

Responsible for:

Daily Site Execution & Progress Monitoring
Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
Client, Contractor & Vendor Coordination
Material Planning & Resource Mobilization
Inventory & Site Material Track
