About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager – Data Center Colocation Sales to drive enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth for our Data Center Colocation business.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of selling Data Center Colocation services to enterprise customers and should possess solid relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Heads, and Procurement teams.

Please Note: Experience in Data Center Colocation Sales is mandatory. Candidates without relevant Colocation Sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition for Data Center Colocation services.
Identify, qualify, and convert enterprise opportunities into long-term business.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Build relationships with CXOs, IT decision-makers,



and enterprise procurement teams.
Understand customer infrastructure requirements and recommend suitable Colocation solutions.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solution presentations to commercial negotiations and contract closure.
Prepare proposals, commercial bids, and customer presentations.
Collaborate with internal Solution, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements
6–12 years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience selling Data Center Colocation services is mandatory.
Proven experience in acquiring enterprise customers for Colocation services.
Strong understanding of the Data Center Colocation business, enterprise infrastructure requirements, rack space, cages,
