We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to build, scale, and manage a high-impact partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for driving partner-led revenue by identifying, onboarding, enabling, and growing strategic channel partners, technology alliances, system integrators, and resellers.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS partnerships, channel sales, or alliances, and understands how to build scalable partner programs that contribute directly to business growth. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship management, and experience working across international markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Strategy & Ecosystem Development
Develop and execute the partnership strategy across Southeast Asia.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential partners including system integrators, resellers, referral partners,



and technology alliances.
Build and scale a sustainable partner ecosystem that accelerates business growth.
Create and execute partner enablement and certification programs.
Revenue Growth
Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with sales teams on co-selling opportunities and joint customer engagements.
Develop joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners.
Drive partner activation, engagement, and long-term revenue generation.
Partner Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete partner lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to enablement and ongoing relationship management.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with partners.
Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to maximize productivity and business outcomes.
