Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Configure and continuously enhance Salesforce Service Cloud (e.g., workflows, automation, case management)
Contribute to integration scenarios and ensure data consistency across systems




Act as the interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
Collaborate closely with the external Salesforce implementation partner, with the goal of building internal expertise
Ensure quality, stability, and maintainability of implemented solutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, test scenarios, and perform testing
Provide 3rd level support and contribute to continuous improvement
Work in close collaboration with international teams (India and HQ Germany)
Serve as the primary administrator for the overall Salesforce platform landscape, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and future Service Cloud capabilities, ensuring availability, usability, security, and data quality, including user management, security administration, platform governance, and operational support across clouds

Key Requirements
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in implementation projects
