Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Vadodara. The Occupational Therapist will assess children and adults with developmental, sensory, behavioral, and functional challenges, and design individualized intervention plans.



Daily responsibilities include delivering hands-on therapy sessions, implementing sensory integration and rehabilitation programs, monitoring progress, and updating treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. The role also involves educating families and caregivers, documenting clinical findings, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to case discussions and program development. The therapist will help foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes independence, participation in daily activities, and overall quality of life.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention.
