Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Purasawalkam. The person in this role will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce Infipack.in’s product range, understand client requirements, and recommend suitable packaging solutions. Daily tasks include managing call lists, following up on leads,



handling inbound inquiries, preparing and sharing basic quotations or price details, and updating customer information in the CRM or sales tracking systems. The Telesales Executive will work closely with the sales and showroom teams to coordinate order closures, schedule visits when needed, and support customer retention through courteous and professional communication. This role requires consistent achievement of call and conversion targets, proactive problem solving, and maintaining a solid product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
Sales and customer service abilities, such as lead generation, persuasive selling, basic negotiation, and handling customer queries and objections.
