landscape with the establishment of its inaugural petrochemical complex, named
Green PVC. This initiative aligns with our broader strategy in the
petrochemicals, oil & gas, and downstream sectors.The Petrochemicals Business
Unit is spearheading the Green PVC project, which entails a substantial
investment of INR 26,000 crore.



This investment is focused on integrating the
acetylene route to facilitate sustainable polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
manufacturing. Currently in the execution phase, the project is on track to
deliver its first product by June 2026.

Job Purpose: The Construction HSE Team Member is responsible for ensuring the
effective implementation of safety standards and practices on-site, promoting a
culture of safety, and maintaining compliance with HSE guidelines. This role
involves monitoring contractor adherence to safety policies, conducting HSE
inductions for new joiners, and participating in emergency response drills. The
team member also conducts routine inspections and investigations to identify and
mitigate hazards, ensuring a safe working workplace. Additionally, the role
supports stakeholder communication by providing safety updates and coordinating
site HSE Committee meetings.
