Role description:

Senior Engineer - Design and 3D modelling for Road Drainage projects with
proficiency in various Autodesk/Bentley tools as mentioned in Mandatory
Technical Skills. Will have to carry out hydraulic analyses and design of
networks, 3D Modelling, CAD production, Schedules . Experience on projects at
various stages –concept, Preliminary, Detailed and construction support.
Specific US experience is most desirable.

Role accountabilities:

As Senior Engineer provide

1. Support in, o developing design as per the standards o leading a drainage
team and managing project deliveries

2. To lead projects proactively, independently driving project deliveries

3.



Undertake discussions with lead regions, GEC team

4. Demonstrate the technical command as an independent problem-solver

5. Involve in

* Risk assessments and suggest risk mitigative measures,

* Program reviews/ updating UK for any refinements

* Developing bondage with Lead regions and junior teammates

* Enhance the capability of the team to attract recent business o achieving 100%
quality (processes/training/checklists)

* Share knowledge & engage in transferring the knowledge gained to the wider
team o implementation of industry best practices on project deliveries

* delegating tasks and assigning roles to team members to achieve the agreed
project and organizational outcomes.

* TRACK to 0 and drive the HS&W; culture of the business within your team.

* Global/GEC Initiatives of Arcadis e.g Base camp/Digital Initiatives/CSR
