Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Vishakhapatnam.
The Sales Engineer will collaborate with customers to understand their safety and automation requirements, propose suitable Schmersal solutions, and support the sales process from initial inquiry to order closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical product presentations and demonstrations, preparing quotations, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to customer queries, coordinating with internal teams for order execution, and tracking opportunities and sales activities in line with company goals. The Sales Engineer is expected to visit customer sites regularly, stay current with product updates and industry standards, and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
Basic Requirements
Educational Qualification: B.E or Diploma (Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation)
Experience: 1-5 years
