Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Principal to lead our Pharmacy College. The Principal will be responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and operational management of the institution. The role includes ensuring academic excellence, maintaining compliance with PCI, RGUHS, and other applicable regulatory requirements, promoting research and innovation, supporting faculty and student development, and driving the institution's growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
Provide strategic direction for the academic and administrative functioning of the Pharmacy College.
Ensure effective implementation of academic policies, curriculum, and institutional objectives.
Foster excellence in teaching, learning, research, innovation, and student development.
Promote interdisciplinary research, publications, patents, consultancy, and funded research projects.
Guide faculty members in academic planning, curriculum delivery, and career development.




Administration & Governance
Lead and supervise all academic, administrative, and operational activities of the college.
Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and retain qualified faculty and staff.
Prepare annual academic plans, institutional budgets, and development strategies.
Ensure effective utilization of financial, human, and infrastructural resources.
Maintain discipline and create a positive academic environment for students and staff.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with the norms and regulations of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), RGUHS, AICTE (where applicable), UGC, and other statutory authorities.
Coordinate PCI, RGUHS, NAAC, NBA, and other regulatory inspections and accreditation processes.
Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, approvals, and documentation.
Research & Quality Enhancement
Promote research culture among faculty scholars and students.
