About us
Biotastic Health Systems is India's only premium recovery engineering company. We design, sell, and install Ice Baths, Hybrid Infrared Saunas, Red-Light Therapy systems, and Hyperbaric Oxygen chambers for high-performance individuals, luxury hotels, and professional sports teams across India. Our clients include five-star hotel groups, IPL franchises, and elite athletes.
We sell and install everything ourselves. That means operations is not a support function here — it is a core competitive advantage.

Why this internship exists
Our operations function is being built right now. The checklists, trackers, and processes a growing equipment company needs are still being written — so instead of shadowing a finished system, you will help build one.



Everything you touch is something a paying client will see.

What you will actually do
Run the pre-dispatch checklist before any equipment leaves the warehouse — model and serial number, accessories and spares, manuals, packing condition, and the full document set
Confirm site readiness with clients before every installation — access route, power, water inlet, drainage, working space — and chase the missing confirmations until you have them in writing
Maintain the installation, dispatch, and inventory trackers, and build the weekly operations summary
Support goods receipt against purchase orders, physical stock counts, labelling, and same-day variance reporting
Follow up with vendors on committed delivery dates, and coordinate technician schedules and tool kits for installation days
Call clients after installation to confirm everything is working, and make sure any complaint reaches the right person the same day
