As we expand our portfolio of large-scale volunteering events, employee
engagement activations, and flagship client experiences, we're looking for an
experienced Event Production Manager to own execution of our most strategic
events across the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build and scale




Goodera's global host community.

In this role, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our host
network—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and ensuring hosts are
event-ready. You'll work closely with the Host Community team to understand
regional hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and ensure we always have the
right hosts available to support our growing global operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume hiring, building
relationships, improving hiring processes, and working in a rapid-paced, global
environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* End-to-End Recruitment

* Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned geographies.

* Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job
portals, referrals, and community outreach.

* Screen candidates to assess communication skills, professionalism, and role
fit.

* Coordinate interviews with hir
