Key responsibilities:
The incumbent shall be responsible for the following areas under Trade Marketing and Activation, to drive the overall Business Objective:
Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan, develop, and execute trade marketing initiatives to drive sales growth, market penetration, and brand visibility across channels.
Ensure effective deployment and monitoring of primary and secondary trade schemes, maximizing reach,
compliance, and return on investment.
Design and implement trade engagement programs that strengthen partner relationships and increase focus on the company's product portfolio.
In-Store Excellence & Visibility
Drive superior in-store execution through effective merchandising, visibility programs, and point-of-sale activation initiatives.
Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines and promotional activities across all trade touchpoints.
Monitor execution quality and take corrective actions to improve retail effectiveness and shopper experience.
Program Store Management
Lead the expansion of program stores in line with business growth objectives.
Ensure efficient execution and operational excellence across program stores.
Monitor and improve store productivity, weighted availability, and WOA (Width of Assortment/Availability) metrics to enhance business performance.
Distributor & Channel Partner Manag
