Elevation Energy Solutions is a US-based residential solar installation and field services company currently operating across five states, including California, Texas, and Arizona, with a goal of expanding to all fifty US states. SkySun is our growing India operations center in Mohali, primarily supporting Elevation Energy Solutions. You will work directly with US leadership and own core pieces of the company’s financial operations.
The Role
We are hiring an US - Accounting Manager to own day-to-day accounting for our US entities. This is a working manager role: you run daily accounting operations yourself while building the team around you. You will close the books, reconcile the accounts, and produce financials that go to lenders and ownership,



with a defined path to Senior Accounting Manager as the function scales. If you are looking for a purely supervisory seat, this is not it. If you want to build a US accounting function from the inside and grow with it, this role is the right fit for you.

Roles & Responsibilities
Own the month-end close for multiple US entities: journal entries, accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and close checklist management in Xero

Perform bank, credit card, and payment platform reconciliations across multiple accounts
Manage accounts receivable, including reconciliation of financing partner payments, deductions, and clawbacks against project records
Manage accounts payable workflows: vendor bills, approvals, and payment scheduling
Record and reconcile intercompany transactions between US and international entities
Book payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll reports to the general ledger
Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow) wit
