About the Role
As the Head of Presales, you will lead Neysa's technical sales organization and serve as the bridge between our customers, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building a high-performing Presales function that drives enterprise customer success, accelerates revenue growth, and establishes Neysa as the trusted AI transformation partner for organizations adopting AI at scale.
You will own the end-to-end technical engagement strategy—from solution discovery and architecture to demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical workshops, proposal development, and executive presentations. You will mentor and scale a team of Solution Architects and Presales Specialists while defining the operating framework, best practices, and technical sales methodologies that improve win rates and customer outcomes.
