About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will partner directly with the CEO and Chief Business Officer (CBO) to build the leadership team that will drive our next phase of growth.
This is not a traditional recruitment role. We are looking for someone who understands businesses, not just job descriptions.
You should have the ability to identify exceptional business talent, build relationships with passive candidates, and influence hiring decisions at the leadership level.
If you enjoy solving complex hiring challenges, mapping talent markets, and recruiting high-impact leaders in fast-growing companies, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
At least 6-10 years of experience owning end-to-end hiring for business, leadership and strategic roles across the organization.
Partner closely with the CEO and CBO to understand business priorities and translate them into hiring strategies.
Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, research, networking and headhunting.
Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates from target organizations.
Assess candidates for leadership capability, business acumen, cultural alignment and long-term potential not just resume fit.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviews,
