Role Summary
At Brand Little Extra, we are scaling rapidly in the D2C clean beauty and personal care space. We are looking for a sharp, ROI-driven Influencer Marketing Associate who lives and breathes creator content.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end influencer outreach, build long-term partnerships with macro and micro-creators, negotiate deliverables, and optimize campaigns to drive both brand awareness and performance-driven customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Creator Discovery & Onboarding: Identify, vet, and onboard high-performing content creators, beauty vloggers, and skincare influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
End-to-End Campaign Execution: Manage campaign lifecycles from initial reach-out, brief creation, and sample dispatch to content approval,



live tracking, and payment processing.
Commercial Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate payout terms (barter, fixed-fee, performance/affiliate) to ensure optimal ROI, low CAC, and strict budget adherence.
Briefing & Creative Direction: Guide creators on brand guidelines, key product USPs (skin/hair care formulations), messaging hooks, and regulatory compliance without killing their creative voice.
Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track campaign metrics daily—including Reach, Engagement Rate, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), and Link Click-Throughs (CTR).
Seeding & Gifting Programs: Build and manage a high-volume product seeding pipeline to generate organic, unpaid UGC (User Generated Content) and brand goodwill.
