Role Overview

Inductive Quotient Analytics is looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – AI & Application Development to lead the architecture and development of enterprise applications, data science solutions, and AI-powered products.

The candidate should have robust experience in Python, object-oriented programming, R, microservices, APIs, application security, databases, and solution architecture, along with at least one year of hands-on experience in AI and LLM-based product development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable enterprise applications.
Develop backend services, APIs, analytical engines, and data-driven products using Python and R.




Design microservices-based, secure, modular, and maintainable application architectures.
Lead the development of AI and LLM solutions using Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, and vector databases.
Integrate machine learning and LLM models into production applications.
Implement application security, authentication, authorisation, audit trails, encryption, and secure data handling.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, performance optimisation, and technical troubleshooting.
Guide developers, data scientists, and AI engineers through the complete product-development lifecycle.
Work closely with product, UI/UX, quality, domain, and business teams.
Ability to rapidly build POCs and convert them into production-grade systems

Required Skills

Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.
Good experience in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture.
