The Role
As a Senior Structural Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
The Offshore Senior Structural Engineer is responsible for performing and reviewing structural analysis and design for offshore facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and project requirements. The role provides technical support across FEED and detailed design phases, prepares deliverables, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, and supports junior engineers in executing high quality structural engineering work.
Perform structural analysis and design of Fixed Template Jacket Structures, Lifted Topsides, and Float‑Over Topsides, covering in‑service, pre‑service, and accidental load cases.
Develop structural models and review engineering calculations, reports, and drawings.
Support design optimization initiatives and propose technical improvements.
Coordinate with engineers and designers to ensure timely delivery of structural engineering outputs in line with scope, budget, quality, and schedule requ
