Position Summary

We are seeking a self-driven, team-oriented, passionate-about-people skilled to join our team. This position will be responsible for configuring,



maintaining, and optimizing the ADP e-Time module to ensure accurate timekeeping, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws in the United States, Mexico and other Latin American countries.

Configure time and absence plans, maintain employee information relating to Timekeeping and Leave, manage and create schedules, create and run reports, and support the payroll process as it relates to Time and Attendance
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations regarding Timekeeping and Attendance; coordinate with Payroll and HR team members on Compliance changes which impact people, processes, and technology
Coordinate and conduct system testing, upstream and downstream, for changes made to the system
Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making and identify trends in time and attendance
